Wildflowers at the Whiteside Garden Posted on May 13, 2012 by Axie I was in Illinois for a few days and one of the highlights was visiting the garden of Dr. Wesley Whiteside in Charleston. Here are photos of just a few of the wildflowers he had in bloom… green dragons, lady slippers, foxglove, pitcher plants… Share this:Click to email a link to a friend (Opens in new window)Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)Click to print (Opens in new window)Click to share on Pinterest (Opens in new window)
I’m glad you expanded your scope to document flowers from your trip. Dr. Whiteside’s garden is an amazing place. Beautiful photos!
What an outstanding garden he must have! Loved the green dragon (never saw that before) & the pitcher plant. Great stuff!
